A BRIEF HISTORY

Development on The Reserve at Savannah Harbor originally began on Hutchinson Island in 2006. Like most real estate developments at the time, progress on the site was impeded by the deteriorating national economic conditions of 2008. Fast forward to 2016 and the national real estate market has rebounded and reset (to the benefit of today’s buyers). Original builder Steve Casey Homes and Neighborhoods has assembled a group of Savannah’s premier custom builders to reintroduce The Reserve at Savannah Harbor. Builders are buying lots at a discount from original pricing which in turn gives potential home owners an amazing opportunity at a great price.
